This is a selection of recipes taken from my book ‘Chef Pierre’s Fresh Sheet’ which chronicles the misadventures of Chef Pierre and his sidekick Maitre d’ Basil Tipp.
This mismatched duo take over an ailing Chinese restaurant on Vancouver Island and attempt to turn it into a successful bistro and convince the local Credit Union that they are worthy of a restaurant loan.
