Please visit this page regularly as the rules are subject to change without notice. Any infringement of these rules may result in being banned from the game. 

It is forbidden to play other character's roles (either action or dialogue), unless you discuss this with the other player.

Sexual situations are allowed, but must be tastefully done. No child pornography is allowed. Cursing is allowed but please keep it to a minimum. You may not use the "GD" word.

You may not kill others' characters. This includes secondary characters listed in the "Other Characters" page. Villains and their minions are, of course, fair game.

Once your character profile has been approved and you have begun to write and role play, it cannot be changed without the approval of the GM and moderators. Note that changes to the character's appearance, skills, powers, etc... must come from events in the game; it can't simply be the player's decisions.

Posting regularly is a MUST!!!! For instance: If you post on Monday, you must post no later than Wednesday, then another no later than Friday and the next on Sunday etc.If you must be absent you must personally email the GM at ldysarah@comcast.net and give such a notice. Then, you must remove your character from the current scene by believable means. There will be no tagging characters along unless you preapprove this with another mun/writer.

If you do NOT remove your character from a scene then the GM will at her discretion. (And yes, that means anything peoples.)

If you do not post for a consecutive 15 days your character will be completely removed from the role-playing. (that is if you've given no notice to the GM and followed the above rules)

A constant abuse of the above rules will result in removal from the list. So, please be persistent and keep up with the current story lines and plots and where everyone and your character are.

All post must be written in the third person.

Proofread your posts. Check your spelling and grammar mistakes. It is annoying and frustrating to read a thread with many mistakes. So, please read through your posts BEFORE you hit the SEND button. (If your character speaks with an accent as Lady Sarah, go through and make sure your postings are consistent with his/her accent.)

No advertising of any kind (even other roleplaying games) is permitted on or through the list. If you wish to have a link added to our links page, we will to put it up if we deem it appropriate. In return, we would appreciate a link back to our page.

Polls and other items on the Yahoo! groups (files, etc...) are not free for your use. You must obtain permission from the list owner Janet by email beforehand before uploading files, etc...

"Out of character" comments on the list should be kept to a strict minimum. They should be relevant to the game and pertain to an player's absence, a plot or timeline etc... Of course, you can email other players privately, as their emails are listed on their characters' page. (This rule has not been enforced consistently; in truth a small amount of OOC chatting is tolerated, since it goes a long way to reinforce the sense of togetherness we feel as players in this game. We ask you to use your own judgement. As always, Janet is the final arbiter.)
