| The Prairie Rail Workshop model
railroad club has been around since 1981, as an informal group with
a common interest in model railroading. We are located in
Saskatoon, SK, Canada and have regular meetings and operating
sessions.
Our mandate has traditionally been to have fun and learn from
each other, while we build, maintain, and operate portable club
layouts in HO and (new!) N scale. The layouts are both for our own
enjoyment and for public display at model railroad shows throughout
Western Canada.
Each year, we host our annual spring show. This is a model show,
with a definite focus on model railroading, but with excellent
representation from local scale modelers, R/C plane and car clubs,
miniatures and other similar hobbies.
