'Babies are able to sign before they can talk.' 

People obtain information visually, through signs, words, gestures. We gesture in our daily encounter as we wave goodbye, blow kisses, ask waitress for bill, hail taxi so forth. For decades baby songs have incorporated actions and babies were able to sing along by demonstrating the actions to the songs. Thanks to Linda Acredelo who recognized Baby Sign and did intensive research about the benefits of Babies signing, we can teach the babies to communicate with their hands and reduce frustration with their caregivers. We will use the American Sign Language used for Deaf and hard of hearing people and show modified version that Babies use hence the name Baby Sign.

benefit of signing to your little ones through games, songs and actions taught by a lively and energetic instructor, Stephanie Muendel-Moehr.

Sign Language for Tykes (Ages 4 - 6)
The preschoolers will learn the secret language of basic sign language
through songs and games.  They will learn the manual alphabet in sign
which will assist as they get a better grasp of the alphabet and help
them to spell words before they are able to write.  Gives them a head
start in a fun filled environment.  Parents are welcome in classes.
