In Morrowind, apart from the armor one can also wear clothes and jewelry. There
are very few worthwhile unique clothes (like pants and such) so I suggest you
acquire some exquisite shirts/pants and enchant them yourself. Rings and
amulets, on the other hand, are plenty.

from the maps section to find the locations of the items easily. Note - the item quality is basically my opinion of the item out of 10.
