Terms of each order:
The customer will pay 50% of the quoted price at time of order, by signing the Agreement between Kootenay Custom Quilting and themselves, before any construction is to begin. This is a non-refundable deposit for the order placed. Once the quilt is complete, the customer will be notified of such and the final payment will be due + shipping expenses (unless the customer lives locally). Payment must be received within 30 days of notification of the completed quilt, or the quilt will become the property of Kootenay Custom Quilting.Once payment has been received by Kootenay Custom Quilting and the funds have cleared the banks, the quilt will be sent out to the customer.
Throughout the entire process of constructing the quilt, photos can be sent to the customer by request. Please let me know at the Contract Signing, so that I can start taking photos right away.

Kootenay Custom Quilting accepts Paypal (which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit cards), cash, personal cheque, certified cheque and money orders. Please make sure dollar amounts are in Canadian Funds. Thank you.Pricing
Each memory quilt is so unique in every way. Pricing will be done individually based on the following criteria:- number and size of photo's included
- difficulty of quilt design chosen
- amount of quilting on the quilt
- size of the overall quilt

*Materials (fabric/batting) and each photo are extra. You are welcome to send me your fabric (I will let you know yardage required) or I can purchase the fabric for you once I receive your photo's. If you prefer the latter, then please send along some paint swatches from your local hardware store with the colour scheme you are looking for. For each photo wanted on your quilt, please add $10.00.
I will also welcome any sentimental clothing to be cut up and used in making your memory quilt. Please only send CLEAN clothing that is fully intact. I will cut it up into the sizes I need and send the remaining back to you with your completed quilt.
Embroidery is also available, by request. It is charged at $10.00 per hooping of a 5" X 7" area.
12% HST (a government tax) will be added to all orders in Canada.
