Canadian Bylaws
The following is a partial list of Canadian
bylaws. This page is not intended as a legal reference. If you are aware
of any changes, please e-mail me. These bylaws were in effect the last
time I checked them; however, bylaws are constantly
changed/repealed/added, so make
sure you double-check them. It is ultimately your responsibility to
ensure that it is legal for you to own a Serval in your town/city. A
circus bylaw prohibits using a Serval in a circus-type performance, but
this does not prohibit private ownership. |
