Promises upon Promises, abuse upon abuse.

Don’t buy a Blackberry Product from Bell Mobility. They will not stand behind any warranty and even though it shows you bought a warranty on the bill, they will stand there, call you a liar and refuse to help you. They also don’t provide you a new phone. It is a refurbished phone. I have had a continual problem with the tracker ball sticking and instead of giving me a replacement phone, I got a refurbished phone older than my own phone……it even had an older email on the phone. It didn’t have the same options on it and the two managers at the store told me it was a new phone and the options were the same. Oh yes, my eyes must be lying to me.

NEVER deal with the Coquitlam Centre Bell Mobility Store as the Store Manager: Eiman Abadi and Assistant Store Manager:Geoffrey Hinton are very disrespectful to the customers especially female customers. In addition to this, and there is substantial proof, your information is not safe with these guys as they will just hand out anyone’s information to anyone. They gave me someone else’s warranty with their information on it and then told me that it was my warranty…..WHAT? Ethics do not exist in this store at all what so ever. Don’t even bother phoning Bell Mobility head office, those morons have their heads up their asses while their staff is stealing and being completely unprofessional with customers.

The hilarious thing is that the store manager is even rude to his own co-workers within Bell. He won’t return the phone calls from Bell Customer Service. This store needs new management.

I feel sorry for the staff because I am sure if these guys treat customers like this, you know, the ones who are paying their salaries, then how do they treat their own staff?

Here is the absolute topper! They work for BELL MOBILITY, a CANADIAN COMPANY, and when I was in the store, they spoke another language so I couldn’t understand what they were saying, when they were dealing with me. I don’t know about you, but this is out right rude, cowardly and completely unprofessional. It wasn’t English as that is what I am completely fluent in and it wasn’t French…..those are the two national languages in this country…….

Hey Bell Mobility, perhaps you should reassess your management situation at the retail level, especially in Coquitlam Centre, British Columbia.

Don’t Buy At This Store, in my opinion, you will be thoroughly disgusted with the service you receive. If you do decide to shop at another Bell location, don’t buy a warranty! They are stealing from you like they did me!
