.: Machining

A “Hercus” 10 x 36 Lathe and a “First” Mill Drill are used to produce the pieces required for the following projects.

My shop has a Rotary Table, a Dividing Head, a Micrometer Boring Head, a Tapping head etc., all to ensure timely accurate work.

Shapes are obtained from a Water Jet Company with whom I have had a great working relationship for many years. Drawings are sent in .dxf format for precise cutting.

I have produced my Tire moulds in house, and have the tires moulded in 40 shore rubber. The rear tires are approx 4.0”dia. x ¾”wide with a line tread, the fronts are 3.5” dia x ½” wide with smooth finish. Both fit the same rim of 2 3/8” dia. They are similar to the “Dooling” Cars

I would be happy to quote you on your requirements.
