"Please Don't Touch" entered the UK charts on May 6, 1978 reaching position 38 by May 20, 1978. It entered the US charts earlier on April 29, 1978 and performed better reaching position 10.

Steve's second album came at a time when his musical development with Genesis had come to serve no further purpose. The tracks and the artists contributing allowed Steve to venture into new areas, which may have shocked the die-hard Genesis fan. Today the track 'Please Don't Touch' is one of his best live tracks. Crank it up!
