GTR were a supergroup formed in 1985 by Steve Hackett and Steve Howe (sometimes member of Yes and Asia). They were set to take the guitar into the 21st century, but according to some accounts money and egos managed to get in the way. So it goes! Nonetheless they succeeded in making this great collection of songs, a tribute to the collective collaboration of talented artists.
