Hard to believe it's been nearly 2 months after the final 1.4 completed versions released around mid July. Summer sure flew by quickly when busy... Anyway, just to let anyone know who's reading this - yes, I'm still here, but increasingly seems likely Firecracker 1.5 (at least if released by me) will exist only if future releases of Visual Pinball will require updates, or, user feedback will help with improvements for potential 1.45 version late this year. For now, enjoy 1.4's.
Also, the snapshot at PinballNirvana depicts the environmental version for anyone who's interested why the snapshot doesn't match the table outside the playfield area. Small detail...
And yes, I'm open to suggestions as to how to improve anything if anyone knows what should be improved upon. It's nice to be criticised, makes one feel very small; it's even nicer to be constructively criticised - helps one learn if specifics are explained ;)
The Final 1.4 releases of Firecracker US&German playfield versions are enjoying their archived slot at:
Pinball Nirvana VP recreations E-J - "table against-backglass" with wrong snapshot :)
and
IRPinball 1970's VP recreations latest VisualPinball releases (and eventually the downloads 1970's subcategory). - the environmental version with correct snapshot
So, any constructive suggestions please mail to: pf9sFirecracker@shaw.ca and 1.45 will seem likely in December 2008.
