Peter's 32-3 Window Coupe

Updates
including the Final Assembly!

I have always been into cars and trucks but particularly envied people driving by in a nice hot rod. Would I ever own one? I never used to think so, but as time went on I decided to talk it over with my wife (Nora). Fortunately she said let's see what is out there. Well it didn't take long for us to start going to Rod shows, talking to people, looking in the paper and even heading out to check out the ads. What a lot of disappointments...either the cars were priced too high or they were just junk.

It came to the point that I thought I would never get a car. But then I met Bill at B&N Hot Rod in Port Moody, (now located in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. I would go to his shop with pictures and spec sheets of cars that I had seen. Bill was careful to point out the problems as well as the high points. There just didn't seem to be a car that fit my needs. I was pretty well decided to give up my dream until I took a closer look at this beautiful new 32 ford frame sitting in his show room.Well that's all it took! Now it was a matter of figuring out how many dollars it would take to build one from the ground up. Bill was great and he spent a lot of time with me explaining every aspect of building a car. He gave me suggestions on where I could be thrifty and where I should buy top of the line. Then came the next hurdle... I had to talk to my wife! She said she was with me 100%! Whew! I called Bill right away, he put the order together, and here I am on my way to building my first Hot Rod!
