I have many people to thank for giving me advice and sharing their expertise with CNC machines and conversion. Below is their combined wisdom.

Based on the following alt.machines.cnc threads and emails I am making decisions about what setup will be best for me. If I summarized the following stuff I would bias other peoples advice. So I just left it like I received it and you can draw your own conclusions about what is best for you.
