first of all if you want performance out of the motors you want low inertia
pulleys spelled aluminummmm. Try York , in new york. if you use aluminummm then you won't be able to use compression locks because the young's modulos of aluminummmmm won't support the stress required to lock the shaft a key way would be best but flats will do in a pinch.
