Drive belts and pulleys need to be HTD, Poly Chain GT. or synchronous
type.
Ballscrew support units are manufactured by any of the following:
Fafnir, THK, or NSK.
Our company has over 12 years experience retrofitting machine tools, for
the last 5 years we have used Ringspan collet type couplings for fixing
pulleys to both the drive motor and the ballscrew as 'keys' have a
tendency to fret which leads to back-lash problems.
