The Boston's Building on Queen Street has been taken down, but the lot is still there. We have added the old and new locations so that you can see where the building was....
I don't know if many people know about this, but along time ago, where the old Boston's building still stands on Queen, was once a cemetery. It was the cemetery that belonged to Precious Blood Cathedral, where the city's first Catholics were said to have been buried, including some of the Sault's most prominent Historical figures.
When the downtown was expanding, the city purchased the land from the church and transferred all of the graves up to fourth line. They say that the building is absolutely terribly haunted, by possibly all of the spirits from the people that were buried there and disturbed. This was the main reason why the car dealership relocated, and is also the reason why the building is having a hard time being purchased.
The old home next to it was torn down a few years ago was as well rumoured to be haunted, it was once a hospital. As a matter of fact, that house had a tunnel that lead to the church across the street. It was discovered when Queen Street was reconstructed long ago to run the city's first sewer system. It was blocked off then as well.
Here is the pic with the building present, located across the street
from Precious Blood Cathedral.

Here it is without the building...
