Steelton Library
From 1924 to 1992 this building was used as a library, then n June of 1992 it closed its doors. It is currently acting as a Senior Complex for the area.
Here are the reports that I have found ...
The old Steelton Library. (by RJ's) It was originally the Steelton Town Hall . There are still jail cells in the basement. Several people have reported seeing the ghost of a lady in a long blue dress on the top floor. She has been spotted by people inside the building as well as by some walking by who say they have seen her peering out the window.
