ADULT EDUCATION Bible
studies and discussion groups take place on the first and third Wednesdays of
the month beginning with noon day prayers in St. Edmund's
followed by a bag lunch gathering and study in the hall. Special Lenten
studies are also held. The parish worships together on the first Sunday of the month. Our 9 am service in St. Anne's which takes place on all other Sundays of the month has been especially planned to make worship for families with children of all ages a relaxed, meaningful and joyous time for all. Quiet activities are available for children during the service.
PRAYER CHAIN A group of parish intercessors prays on a regular basis for requested prayer concerns and is ready to pray at any time for special needs. ALTAR GUILD A group of dedicated ladies prepares the altar for services, maintains linens and vessels, supplies and prepares Sanctuary flowers and decorates the church for special festivals. CHOIR The choir leads the singing at the 10:45 a.m. Eucharist service. Anyone who loves to sing is most welcome - no auditions required. Extra choir members augment the singing for special festivals. GREETERS Each Sunday those coming to worship at our services are greeted at the door by one of our greeters. Greeters are ready to answer any newcomers' queries or concerns. SIDES-PERSONS Both men and women help out at the 10:45 Sunday service by giving out bulletins to all those coming into the service, by receiving and presenting the offering and by tidying the church after the service.
LECTIONARY
READERS At both our Sunday services, lay people read the lessons.
