Painting, to me, is a celebration - of our spectacular mountain environment, of all the beautiful objects and viewpoints that surround and tantalize us daily.  Each painting is a sharing of a visual experience, whether it’s the sights and sensations of plein air painting, or keen attention to the glowing colors of plums.
