Released Open Source under the Lesser GPL.  SDL_Mixer has been compiled into the exe's, so it would have to be even if I didn't want to (but I do want to!).

The executable has been tested on Windows XP Home/Pro and Windows 2000 Pro machines so far and seems to run fine.
