2/6/49 in the UK and emigrated to Canada in 1957
Recorded extensively in Edmonton Alberta, Clovis New Mexico,Vancouver
and for Quincy Jones in LA in the same time period as above.
Started playing Jazz guitar in 1969 after hearing the great Lennie Breau.

House band at the Hotel Vancouver and Hyatt hotel for two years 1975-76
Jazz, pop and orchestral performances in LA 1976-77
Faculty music instructor at Capilano College 1977-78
Jazz performance and studio work in Vancouver and Toronto 1978-90
Jingle writer in 1984-85 at Streetnoise Productions one of Torontos
busiest production companies writing for Labatts, McDonalds and
the like.
Started own music production business, Interplay (CMH music prod. inc.)
in 1986-89 writing not only for corporate clients like IBM, Mattel,
K-mart, General Foods and Inglis
but also writing scores for feature films, TV drama and the Video Wall
score at Canada Place for Expo 86 in Vancouver.
Started Jazz record production in 1988, Canadas great bassist
Neil Swainsons being the first. It featured Joe Henderson and
Woody Shaw (his last). Many followed which prompted the formation and
partnership of RoadHouse Records.
Moved to Vancouver Island 1990 and continues Jazz performance, Jazz
record
production,commercial music production, touring as sideman with various
artists. Contract instructor at Malaspina University College.

Pat
is currently fronting a trio consisting of Ken
Lister on bass and Buff
Allen on drums. Ken has been playing steadily with Pat for
over twelve years, and Buff has done the same for almost thirty years
(since he and Pat were five) This trio also becomes a quartet
with the addition of Monik Nordine on saxophone.
