Morad-dûn

Morad-dûn is a huge fortress of the High Orcs, to the far west of Daressun. While it was once only ruins, when the orcs became civilized they fixed it up, and now the quality of its stonework nearly rivals that of a Dwarf on a bad day. It is the only known settlement of high orcs in all of Pyraas, and contains hundreds of their kind. Naturally, they receive very few visitors, but they are at least somewhat welcoming to those that they do get. Mostly, they only got a little bit of traffic en route to Quelimain. Now, however, they get very few visitors at all since they are cut off from Quelimain. This suits them just fine, as they seem to have come to prefer to avoid all contact with the "lesser races."
