Arinesti
Arinesti is the largest of the elven cities on Pyraas, and is inhabited mostly by High elves. It was the home of Eth'vealathesti, and
supplied a huge part of the army during the Shadow Wars. It is hidden in the forest to the north of Kaergoth, by the river flowing out of the
nearby mountains. It is most notable for its design, which includes numerous 'floating' platforms, buildings, and staircases.
These are all suspended, seemingly impossibly, in the treetops, which have been perfectly cultured for thousands of years for just
such a purpose. Since the Shattering, it is an officially independant nation, though they are trade partners with Kaergoth and thus under their
military protection if needed.
