Children may only be dropped off or picked up by a responsible adult. A child will not be released to anyone who is not listed on the registration form, or a signed permission letter is issued by the child's authorized parent, accompanied by a phone call (or in person notification). Photo identification is required for a child to be released to an individual not known by the staff.

Preschool Program ends at 11:30 am. The centre closes at 5:30 pm each day. Parents should be at the centre no later than 11:25 am (preschool) or 5:25 pm (daycare) to pick up their child. A late fine of $25.00 will be applied for each 15 minutes, or portion thereof, for late pick-ups. All time calculations are based upon the facility clock. Consistent late departures may result in the termination of your child's participation in our programs.
