Wendy E. Nunan, researching Henry
PHELPS 1809-1870 and Ann PINCOTT 1806-1880, came to Australia per "Layton", arriving 18.01.1838. They were amongst a group that migrated from Bisley under the Poor Law. I have a "tree" going backwards from Henry to a William PHELPS who died 30.04.1572. Other surnames connected to these PHELPS' include PINCOTT, GARDINER, WORKMAN, WYAR, PACEY, EAGLES and WHITING.

COLLINGBOURNE & WEAVING families round about 1860 and before. Nathaniel COLLINGBOURNE married Elizabeth WEAVING at St. Bartholomews church in Winstone on 21st May 1860.
