Nola Latta, I have been researching my ancestor, one Samuel HARRISON, stonemason and brickmaker, for some time.Ê Samuel was the son of Samuel Harrison and Rachel COOK, christened Kings Stanley 21 Sept 1794. He married Hannah LUSTY 11 July 1814.Ê Two children born Thomas 1815 and James 1818.Ê He was convicted of robbery and sent to Australia in Nov. 1818.Ê There he married another convict - (illegally I think) an Irish lass and started a dynasty in Australia.Ê Samuel never went back to England (in fact he had been banished and told never to return. ) I would like to find out what happened to the two children 0f the marriage to Hannah LUSTY and wondered if someone else is researching this family.Ê Have a wealth of information on Samuel's Australian life to share with interested persons.
