Mary Connell, Phillip THICKNESSE lived in Bath in 1700's he died in France in 1792, his wife Ann FORD THICKNESSE (3rd. wife) was held prisoner there. His son changed his name to that of his mother (2nd wife) (Ann TOUCHET dau of Baron AUDLEY) ( thus George had the title of Earl of Castlehaven.
Rev. Henry THICKNESSE-WOODINGTON born in Bombay 1794 married Martha KENDALL 1821 he served in several parishes also in India. He died at Bath in 1847

Helen McNamara, I am researching the descendants of my 3x gr-grandparents. They lived in Bath in the 1800's. They had a grocery Store in Bath. They were Thomas & Mary (nee LONG) GILLER. Their children were: Wm. Thos. b1824. Henry Augustus b1826 (my 2x Gr-grandfather), Frances Mary b1828. Alfred b1832. John d1838. Francis Edward b1838. Thomas had a sister Elizabeth Cottle B? Bro's: James b1804, George b? Daniel b? Married names to do with this family are: BLIZARD, ROBERTS, GILL & BROOKER.

Leslie Jennings, researching Charles JENNINGS b) 1813 I think Sept 9, 1813 Twerton, from Baptist records in Chippingham Wiltshire, (son of Rachel and Charles JENNINGS); shows up in 1851 census as born in Bath. My search goes cold here for the Jennings.
Charles marries Sarah CHAMPMAN, b 1821 Kingswood Gloc. of William and Martha.
