Tessa Walker, I live in Hong Kong, I am researching my family in the Yorkley Slade and Whitecroft areas, namely the JOHNSON'S and JAMES lines. My furthest most confirmed date is 1842 when Catherine JAMES married William JOHNSON in Newland. They had about 9 children - There are also family links through my GLIDDEN line to Gloucester.
