I withhold the sum of £300 in trust for my grandson, William HOLTHAM until he reaches the age of 21.

Estate to be divided fairly after meeting my funereal expenses, between my children: Horatio DEANE, Maria USHER and Mary Ann GWILLIAM. The monies to Maria to be independent of her husband. Body in oak coffin and laid to rest in the family vault in St. Mary de Crypt, Gloucester with the least possible expense.

JOHN DEANE died 1856.
John Paulson REA and Edwin CARLTON to be Trustees. I charge them to collect all monies owing to my estate from rents and other sources, and to convert all my properties and personal effects into money as soon as convenient after my death, and to put these monies into Trusts for my Grandchildren, Charles Henry and Catherine Ellen until they are 21. For all the work therein entailed I bequeath them the sum of £10.00 each. To my wheelchairman, John LEACH of Nailsworth I leave the sum of £10.00.

Thomas KEENE died 1.1.1848.
Victualler of Gloucester. To my loving and dear wife all my freehold, leasehold and copyhold estate for her natural life together with the rents they produce, and also the household goods, furniture, my personal effects and the ale in the stores for her use or for sale. Upon her death a trust to be set up by my good friends and executors,Thomas GARDNER, maltster of Horse Pools, Painswick and Henry WRIGHT, Maltster of Gloucester, and all my goods and possessions to be sold at public auction for the benefit of my living Grandchildren share and share alike.

Entire estate to dear friend Ann EVANS, widow and her children, Ann EVANS the younger, Edward EVANS, William EVANS and Mary EVANS of Frocester. Bed and bedding, wearing apparel, 4 large boxes, armchair, 3 silver tablespoons, 5 silver teaspoons, 1 silver sugar tongues, two silver salt cellars and one veneered tea chest and all my available monies and securities to be given to Ann EVANS the elder immediately on my death. All my other monies and securities to be made available to Ann EVANS the elder for her use for her life and thereafter to be divided share and share alike between her children or their heirs. I also bequeath the sum of £15 to Ann PARSLOE wife of Robert PARSLOE for her kindness in looking after me. Sundry personal bequests of silver spoons, bedding etc. to Ann EVANS children.

To William the son of my son and to William son of my daughter ? BUMFORD the sum of 10s. 6d. To my Grandsons, Thomas, John and William DEANE the remainder of my monies and possessions to be divided share and share alike.
