This will was very difficult to transcribe as the script is a mixture of Late Medeaeval and Early English and portions of the ink have dropped of the paper. There is no date of probate. There is no signature or "mark." It is not likely fraudulant. In contemporary standards, it is incomplete, but in it's time, it provided a measure of protection for the Testator and it would stand in a court of law today.
