Dear Dr. Pan,
Last night I had a long telephone conversation with Grant.
He had some good ideas which I'd like to share with you.
1) For patients who cannot swallow or keep the pills down (without
regurgitating), it would be helpful to advise them to break open the
pills and mix it with juice.
2) For cancer patients, it would be helpful to advise them that they
might have a negative response to the Chinese medication before they
start feeling better. This kind of information would encourage the
patients to stick with the medication.
Grant is feeling 100% better. His energy has returned. His hair is
growing again and he's losing his grey hair as it seems to be turning
brown! He has lost his desire for smoking! His blood tests came back
as normal and his doctor wants to meet with you!
Will you be staying in town until New Year? Grant would like to meet
you and will be coming to Victoria sometime after Christmas.
