Description:  Wayne loves to navigate, a skill he acquired at a young age.  Since navigation skills take years to develop, the team is blessed with his "natural" way finding abilities.  He's known for his stamina and unique ability to function normally without sleep.  Wayne has always been involved with the outdoors, hiking, running, kayaking and biking.  He motto "the bigger the outing, the better".  Wayne enjoys the team aspect, as well as the navigating and strategy.
