You can either save or open the zip file.

In the puzzle program Click the Play stand alone.
Using your mouse you should be able to move the pieces into the rectangular space. To turn a piece so it is oriented correctly just click the right mouse button on the piece you want to turn. The final puzzle should be like the picture.
