My artistic influences are Picasso, Matisse and Peter Max, among others. The nudes come entirely from my imagination, I do not use any models, so they do not represent any woman in particular, but rather a female archetype - a universal female. The abstraction allows you to visually complete the painting based on your own experiences. That is why the woman in the painting may remind you of someone you knew. This is a vibrant painting with many different hues and tones of blues and greens, pinks, yellows, reds and other colors that cannot all be accurately captured on a photograph. The colors you see also depend on your computer's monitor settings. The painting's colors depend on the color and intensity of light that illuminates the painting.
