This nude is very dynamic, full of life and vitality and almost appears to be moving. She is sexy, feminine and powerful. The colors in this painting are rich and exhuberant and the shapes are fluid and sensual. You could hang this painting on a wall in two different ways, one where the nude is horizontal and the other where the nude is vertical (see photos below). I created the lines of the body with a Chinese ink brush using liquid acrylic paints that have a bit of shine and contrast with the roughness of the canvas that shows through in some places and the washes and the thicker acrylic paint application in other places, giving the feel of texture and depth to the painting.

I created the painting using multiple layers of high-quality acrylic paints. The colors are bright and vibrant and there are many different hues of pure colors, including reds, greens, oranges, pinks, ochre, violets and other colors that a photo cannot fully capture. If you like the photo you will love the painting! The colors you see also depend on your computer's monitor settings. The painting's colors depend on the color and intensity of the light that illuminates the painting and different illumination (daylight, evening light, spotlight) will emphasize different hues and tones of colors in the painting.
