Abstract blue nude sleeping or dreaming. This painting is very dynamic and bold yet comes across as peaceful and tranquill. You could hang this painting in two ways - lengthwise (lanscape format) or turn it and hang it in portrait format - you can see how that would look on the bottom of this page... It is a very striking painting/drawing. The ink line brush drawing is spontaneous and raw and very expressive. The acrylic paint is bright and vibrant and gives the painting texture. There are many different shades and tones of blues, turquoise, bluish purple, yellow, green and other colors in the painting. The heavy weight paper shows through in many places providing additional texture and interest. This painting is on paper so you will have to have it framed under glass (it is sold without a frame). You can get quite a different 'look' with different frames - see some examples below.
