This nude is graceful, sensual and very feminine. I painted her in rich and sumptuous Fauve colors with strong reds and blues and with fluid and sensual lines. This painting is very striking also because of its size - it is 4 feet long.

I created the painting using multiple layers of high-quality acrylic paints. The colors are bright and vibrant and there are many different hues of pure colors, including cool and warm blues and violets, oranges, reds, ochre, shades of pinks and other colors that a photo cannot fully capture. The painting's colors depend on the color and intensity of the light that illuminates the painting and different illumination (daylight, evening light, spotlight) will emphasize different hues and tones of colors in the painting.
