MINING ENGINEER

Thirty five years of involvement in mining ranging from exploration in northern British Columbia and the Yukon to underground copper mining and open pit truck shovel coal mining in North and South America as well as Indonesia and Asia.

After spending 25 years in the on site operations aspect of mining the focus changed toward the training, professional development, and management design opportunities, as evidenced in the recent graduation with a masters degree in curriculum, administration and instruction under the direction of the School of Education at Gonzaga University.

Experience in the development of properties including government permitting and approvals as well as operating mines up to 350 people and an annual operating budget in excess of $50 million.
