Brass Penny Whistles

Also called a tin whistle, this is a popular instrument in Irish and Scottish folk music, though it is great for all kinds of music. It is easy to learn, and ideal for fast spritely jigs as well as slow mournful airs. Mine are in three sections, made out of brass, and telescope down to half their usual length so they can easily be carried in your pocket. It has a full, rich, sweet tone, never shrill.
