Salary Range: $10.00 - $14.82 per hour
We are accepting applications: January 3rd - April 27th, 2012
Monday - Friday between 9:00 am - 11:30 am & 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Winnipeg City Hall, 510 Main Street, Main Floor (Administration Building)

Interested individuals can apply in person or on-line.
If applying on-line:

Step 1) Complete and submit the on-line application form www.winnipeg.ca/hr then wait at least one business day before proceeding to step 2.

Step 2) After completing step 1, you must come in person to City Hall, 510 Main Street, main floor (Administration Building). You must bring with you a photocopy of your first aid and CPR qualification. You will also be required to complete additional forms as outlined below. Step 2 must be completed prior to April 27th, 2012.

If applying in person:
Go directly to City Hall, 510 Main Street, main floor (Administration Building) to complete your application.

Once at 510 Main St. you will be asked to complete the following:
City of Winnipeg Application Form (if done on-line inform the staff and it will be printed for processing)
Preplacement Health Assessment Form
Screening interview to identify relevant skills and experience

All applicants must bring the following documents:
Current Resume
Photocopies of current valid certification in:
- Emergency First Aid: valid 3 years
- Level "C" CPR (or equivalent): valid 1 year must be renewed annually
Note: First Aid & CPR must be valid until September 4th, 2012
The City of Winnipeg offers Emergency First Aid Level "C" CPR and recertification courses. To register call 311 or register on-line at leisureonline.ca

- Successful applicants will be required to provide a clear Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector).
