Is Freddy for Real???

Wes Craven wants to make another Nightmare film celebrating the 10th anniversary. Heather Langenkamp and Robert Englund go to events on talk shows about their roles as Nancy and Freddy on the flick. The host asks Heather if Freddy will come back again but she convinces him that Freddy is dead. However she gets strange phone calls saying "1-2 Freddy's Coming for You!!!" as well as earthquakes at her house and cracks forming in her wall of her house looking like they were Krueger's blades. Heather thought she was happily married to a guy named Chase (David Newsom) and her young son Dylan (Miko Hughes) but things seem to be turned upside down. Her husband was killed while driving as his body was cut by four blades but it's an unsolved murder. Most of the cast members from the first film and some from the sequels attend to Chase's funeral. Heather talks to her film dad John Saxon about the issue and she doesn't know what to do. She also talks to Wes Craven himself while he is writing the script for the new film but keeps his mouth shut about the story of his script. He tells her that maybe it is up to her to conquer this killer. Her son Dylan has been behaving strangely and refuses to sleep anymore and when he does he ends up sleepwalking late at night. Dylan watches the first film on TV every night and something strange occurs each night. He shows his Mom his stuffed dinosaur as he tells her it protects his bed from the Boogeyman. His stuffed animal shows cuts of blades later on. Heather eventually witnesses a real Freddy Krueger who looks deadlier and more terryfying than ever. Freddy is actually an ancient demon breaking out into our world, but in order to do that, he must go through Heather. He knows he can get out by harming those near her. Freddy is a threat to her son and he is kidnapped into his world and Heather goes after him through the covers of Dylan's bed that has a passageway to his world. She also sees that his stuffed animal was torn to pieces. He spots John Saxon but really this time he's Donald Thompson and Heather this time is Nancy and she is at the house from where the first film was done at. She enters Krueger's boiler room and manages to rescue Dylan and to kill off Freddy. Then it's daytime in Dylan's room and things look back to normal. She sees a script on his bed which is the script of Wes Craven's New Nightmare. Wes has it signed to thank her for the story. While she reads it to Dylan she realises it was the story of her battle with the demon Krueger. This was a brilliant and fun flick and can inspire other films too.
