The setting of this ocean home provides some of the most breathtaking views in the Bahamas. The endless pink sand beach of the warm Atlantic ocean invites long strolls where you can enjoy the ever changing colour of the water from azure blue to sparkling turquoise. Coral reefs, right in front of the property and along the beach, are a paradise for snorklers.

The house , constructed in 1992, overlooks the ocean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with bougainvillea, hibiscus, oleander, palmetto, huge cactus and casuarina trees.

A fifty feet walk on stepping stones along lush vegetation brings you right to the ocean. Along the walkway, you find a BBQ pit surrounded by benches and outside shower facilities.

The cathedral ceiling with ceiling fans provides the feel of airy spaciousness. The entire house has tile flooring and is furnished with rattan and comfortable upholstered couches and chairs. TV/VCR for movies, radio/CD player and telephone are available for your convenience.
Local farmers, grocery stores and restaurants are just a 10 minute drive from the Holl House. Drive 25 minutes to get fresh seafood directly from fishing-boats in picturesque Tarpum Bay.

The island offers tennis, golf and ocean related sports such as world class deep sea fishing, diving and wind surfing. Experience the best beach combing anywhere. Native restaurants offer you lobster, conch and grouper as their specialties, as well as North American cuisine.
