Q. I missed the deadline for entries, can I still enter?
A. Yes. You may enter up until midnight of the Saturday following the entry
deadline at double the entry fee per class. These forms must be delivered to 111 Elm Street on or before
12:00 midnight. For 2012, the late entry deadline is Saturday January 21st. Please do not double the
administration fee or the program fee, only the class fee should be doubled.

Q. Who do I contact with regards to general questions about Festival?
A. General questions can usually be answered on our webpage or at the Provincial Website
www.smfa.ca Or by using the emails provided on the Contact Us page.

Q. I have another committment at the same time as my Festival class,
how do I get my time changed?
A. Changing your time is not usually possible, however, send an email to the Festival
Administrator at smfa306@live.com and if there is a parallel class then there may be a possibility to
switch. All other conflicts will be dealt with at the Festival - come to room 1038 in the Education
Building.

Q. I broke my finger; I am ill; I just can't compete - How do I apply for a refund?
A. The Saskatoon Music Festival Committee does not refund any fees for any
reason. Once an entry has been received it is non-refundable.

Q. Can I pay my entry fees on Debit or Credit Card?
A. The SMFA accepts cash, money orders, bank drafts or cheques.

Q. I wrote down the wrong song on my entry form - How do I change it?
A. Once an entry has been received, the title written on the form cannot be changed.

Q. We are going away on holidays during festival - how do I let the Festival
Committee know when we are available for competition?
A. The programming committee makes every attempt to schedule students around University
Exams, Practice Teaching, Religious restrictions, Band Trips, or other Musical committments. Family
holidays and competitions do not fall under these programming considerations.
