I accept Personal Cheque, Money Order, or Paypal. Please note that payment must be received in full, and all items must clear before items are shipped out. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Clearance Items will state reduced shipping rates for USA & Canada only. International Rates may vary. (please see Clearance Items Policy for more information in shipping rates)

Multiple purchases will get reduced rates.

Store Policies

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Return product in it's original packaging within 14 days of shipping date for a full refund or exchange. All items sold are covered with a 14-day money-back guarantee with the following exceptions:

- Clearance items (unless damaged in shipping)
- Customized items personalized with names or specific items provided by customer

On all exceptions scenarios I will make every reasonable attempt to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

Any items damaged in shipping will be replaced immediately upon return. Please do not accept shipment if packaging is damaged. Any shipment that is accepted with damaged packaging cannot be refunded.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Shipping & return fees are non-refundable for all items. Please allow 7 days upon receipt of returned items for refund to be issued.

Clearance Items

On occasion, items will be priced for clearance. Some of these items may be slightly damaged or discontinued items. Please email me with any questions on any specific item. Shipping rates on Clearance Items are estimated rates for Canada and USA only. If the actual shipping cost is less than amount shown, you will be refunded the difference. There is no additional charge if the actual shipping cost is more than amount shown.
