"Dm Net Time & Watch Administrator" is launched immediately after
computer is started and user logged in AND
The TCP sockets is used as communication method AND
if on that computer is running a Web filtering
aplication which is using winsflt.dll
then the connection to the server might be refused and
an attempt to reconnect using the same method may trigger an access violation
exception (crash). This is because the Web filtering application is injecting in
our DmNetTmWtchAdmin.exe their winsflt.dll (without our consent and knowledge)
and then when the code inside this DLL is executed the crash occurs.
Workarounds:
use named pipes as communication method OR
(close and) open again "Dm Net Time &
Watch Administrator".
2. On some computers Internet Explorer crashes after "Dm
Net Time & Watch Administrator" is installed.
This happens due to some incopatibility between "Dm Net
Time & Watch Administrator" and some Internet Explorer addons.
Solution: uninstall the "Dm Net Time &
Watch Administrator" then install again using a different method to record
Web activity. There are 3 methods - press "Help" button on setup wizard for
details.
