WinAir is an integrated Aviation Maintenance and Inventory Control application produced by AV-Base Systems Inc. of London, Ontario. The sophisticated process control offered by WinAir makes it possible to design maintenance requirement tracking that accurately reflects the manufacturer's recommendations for virtually any aircraft type.

When combined with MPLAN Maintenance Schedule Templates, high quality technical records, increased efficiency, and superior quality control are easy to achieve. WinAir offers excellent systems for rotable component tracking, assembly management, and customizable cycle counters that make it flexible, efficient, and easy to use. We know, because we helped design it.

WinAir can accomodate things like Multiple and Abbreviated Engine Cycles, APU Hours, Repetitive Lift Cycles, Gravel Landings, Air Conditioner Hours, etc. Overhaul, Retirement, and Inspection lives can be tracked for each component in standard units and any custom user defined counters. Complete history is retained for all Rotables and Consumables.

Task Cards, Inspection Check Sheets, and Required Parts Lists can be produced automatically for each inspection or component change. Parts, Labour, Repairs, and Outside Services can be tracked against every individual task. Flexible Tech Log reports, Compliance Reports and Maintenance Forecasts are simple to generate on screen, or on paper.
