How do I clean them?
The recommendation is to handwash the Serving Collection as the harsh detergents and extreme heat of a dishwasher can damage the piece by corrosion of the surface or by adding expansion or contraction stress to the two different glazes. The Dinnerware Collection, which is made from a different clay and one solid glaze is dishwasher safe.
Are they Oven safe?
The Serving Collection and the Dinnerware Collection can be put into the oven for food warming purposes only, at a low temperature. Do not bake or cook with them.
Are they food safe?
Yes, all glazes for food contact are food safe.

How long does it take for an order?
If the item is in stock, it can be picked up or delivered the same day (if local) or if the destination is outside of Vancouver lower mainland, from the next day up to 2 weeks in North America and up to 3 weeks else where. If an item is out of stock, add on 4 - 8 weeks of production time, plus the above deliver time.
