Our big adventure…a two week whirlwind tour of China! We traveled with a tour group booked with ChinaPac International. Our tour started with a couple days in Shanghai. We then took a plane to Yichang to board the Imperial-styled cruiser "Qianlong" (affectionly called the "Dragon Boat") for the cruise up the Yangtze River to Chonqing. From there we flew to Guilin, and after a day there flew up to Xian. Finally we took a flight to Beijing. We traveled with three other couples. One couple was from Vancouver, another from Osoyoos, the final couple was from Toronto. It was an amazing trip. Click the city names below to discover more about the places we've been.
