Complete as shown. There is no lid due on teapot as Rules and Regulations did not allow the teapot set to be sold with lid. There is a piece of paper that comes with the set that explains why they did not add a lid. This is the way the set was sold without a lid for the teapot. Looks unsed. Made in Taiwan. Probably from the 1970's. A couple minor shelf creases to box but no rips or tears. Caption on dishes reads "Friends are Fun". 2nd photo.
